At MobiHub, we want to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. That's why we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Australia. For orders below $50, we charge a flat rate of $5 for shipping.
Once your order is placed, we aim to process and dispatch it within 1-2 business days. Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
We currently only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping. We also do not ship to PO boxes, so please provide a physical address for delivery.
In the unlikely event that your order is lost or delayed during shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. However, please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If you need to make changes to your shipping address or order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes to your order once it has been dispatched.

Damages
At MobiHub, we take great care to ensure that our products are carefully packaged and shipped to you in excellent condition. However, we cannot be held liable for any products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
If you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please file a claim with the shipping carrier immediately. Be sure to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods to support your claim.
Please note that product faults are different from damages that occur during shipping. If you receive a faulty product, please contact us directly and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy
Our return policy is very simple. If you feel a need to return something, go ahead and reach out to us, We will make sure your purchase is returned, with only one condition: 'Return request should be made within 15 days of receiving the product.'
